Group Fitness Classes

Get in shape with the motivating camaraderie of your peers! We offer invigorating outdoor boot camp classes at the Art Museum steps, yoga, and specialty programs!

These specialty series include programs such as Shred, F.A.T (Fit at Thanksgiving) and 12 Days of Fitness (Holiday program) just to name a few. No two classes are the same, no participant leaves feeling anything less than invincible. Our group classes are extremely popular with a loyal, long term following.
