I just ran 3.2 miles – by myself! I used all of the tricks you taught me and before I knew it I was at Broad Street and there was no way I wasn’t going to finish. Thanks for your encouragement this week. Woohoo! This is a really big deal for me and I couldn’t have done it without you!
