You actually feel good while you eat this, I promise! It’s satiating, sweet and healthy and not hard to make at all!
Blend 2 cups of spinach, one green apple, 1/2 avocado, 1 pitted date, 1 scoop of plant based, organic chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp coconut butter, 1/4 coconut water (optional) and 1/4 cup almond milk plus 4-6 ice cubes!
Blend and then add toppings of choice, i love adding berries, chia seeds, oats and granola!
