1 frozen banana + 1 cup frozen berries + 2 scoops almond butter + 1 cup almond milk (or coconut or milk of choice) + 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder! Blend and add fruit & granola as a topping if you please! Enjoy!! I like it as a snack and then save the rest for the morning or post workout!
