Lauren guided me though my first (and now second!) pregnancy. When working out was no longer the same outlet for me she knew how to help by focusing on my nutritional needs throughout pregnancy. I was not able to run during my pregnancy and felt sluggish so I reached out to her, which was so helpful because she sat down with me and reviewed what I was doing right and wrong. She gave me a plan to make simple, but important dietary changes that were easy to implement and the goal of walking a mile a day. Lauren helped educate me and keep me and my baby healthy. I was able to bounce back very quickly after having my little one thanks to her ongoing guidance!
